I had a horrible experience. I went in because my radio would not play. However, I could see the radio stations and the time on my display even though the radio would not play. When the vehicle was returned to me I was told that I needed a new radio. I noticed that I could not see the time or the stations anymore. I told Brian and he basically argued with me that it was that way before I brought it in. IT WAS NOT. I told him to keep it and fix it to back where it was. When I picked it up the second time it was still not fixed. I contacted the Manager of the Service Department (forgot his name) and he was very rude and disrespectful of me!!! Because of this I will not EVER be taking my vehicle to the service department again. Second, I am in the market for a new care but I will not be purchasing an ACADIA simply for the fact I do not want to deal with this service department. I have had my ACADIA for the past 10 years and noticed that the service department has gone down hill fast. It seems like management does not care. I am recommending to others not to purchase a car from this dealer simply because of the service department.

I don't understand how one dealer gives a loaner when they have vehicle overnight and another leaves me walking after buying a $ 52,000 vehicle . The dealership where I bought the vehicle is G R Chevrolet said they would give me a loaner for oil change must less keeping it overnight . Hart left me walking . This confirms that I will never own another GM vehicle .

Was change with work on my truck and never had a phone call to tell me what it would cost before the work was started . I bought my truck new here and have only had Problems since a recall was performed nomad on my truck Just paid $695 on Thursday in had to take it back in Friday morning and now they're saying it's a different problem with the Truck My truck is a 2013 GM 2500 Dunalley Diesel Truck I bought new from them
