Repairs done incorrectly and not completed, parts left off of transmission. Had to be taken to another dealership the next day to have repairs done correctly. Staff very rude when it came time to pick up vehicle!

Work was done. Recall work finished. Oil changed and tires were rotated. There was no oil change sticker installed on the window would have liked to have had that to know when to change oil again because we dont drive that much.

I don't want to give any names because I do not want this person to lose their job but this person needs extensive training on handling customers. I have spent a large amount of money having my car serviced with Hart because I like to use local people whenever possible. However, this person is difficult to work with and never, absolutely never, gives customers satisfactory answers to questions dealing with her actions but uses the excuse that this is what the boss requires or the law requires. Also, this person has been known to mislead us when we have made certain request and actually say things that were not true. All other people we have encountered have been excellent. I will add that the last time I was there this person was fair, guess someone has talked to this person about us about how we have been treated. I hate to think what I might do if I had a business and a customer had spend several thousand dollars using my services and I had an employee that treated my customer this way. As I said, this person needs lots and lots of customer service training.
