Not enough fluid was added when transmission fluid change was performed a month or so ago. Now shifting hard occasionally. Afraid permanent damage has been done. Not happy and afraid will have to trade off in the future before warranty runs out.
Jennie always does a good job explaining my service and what is needed. I am grateful to her, she has put me at ease numerous times. Hart you are blessed to have such a good team; from the beginning to the end when I get my keys the service is always good!

We always have a great experience with Jennie Hodges. She is upbeat, has a great smile and bends over backwards to make sure she has done all she can do to satisfy her customer. A pleasure to work with.
I was quoted $30.00 for a software update (2 different times by 2 different people) that should have been covered under the mfg warranty but, the warranty wasn't even checked. Then after paying almost $70.00, the truck still had the same software codes and didn't even seem to have been updated. When asked about the difference in price, the service manager said that I was being given 1/8 of an hour at no charge. I was told not to go to Hart by other customers but didn't listen. You got me this time but, like I told the lady at checkout, I won't be back. Thanks for nothing.
