I was quoted $30.00 for a software update (2 different times by 2 different people) that should have been covered under the mfg warranty but, the warranty wasn't even checked. Then after paying almost $70.00, the truck still had the same software codes and didn't even seem to have been updated. When asked about the difference in price, the service manager said that I was being given 1/8 of an hour at no charge. I was told not to go to Hart by other customers but didn't listen. You got me this time but, like I told the lady at checkout, I won't be back. Thanks for nothing.

The sales rep was great, and he was very professional during the sale. I had a problem with the tires before I left the lot, which was reported soon after I found the problem. The passenger side had nails in both tires, and they did not want to cover it. I replaced the tires myself, so I would not recommend them to anyone after the problems I had there. They should have checked the tires after the test drive, but the vehicle runs great and it was cleaned before I left the lot.

Very good experience, not high pressure at all. Loved the relaxed atmosphere. Just can’t say enough about our salesman Tim, he was extremely knowledgeable about the Acadia. Also enjoyed working with Sales Manager Buddy (Semper Fi). Hart makes you feel like family.
I came in with no appointment and needed service. The problem was diagnosed and the instrument cluster had to be sent out for repairs. The repairs were completed by the vendor. Hart's mechanic reinstalled the cluster and checked the operation. I got my truck back the next day. Very pleased with the prompt service and quick turnaround. Courtesy van is a great benefit as I was given a ride home.

As usual the Collision Service Center personnel treated us pleasantly and quickly and provided us with an estimate to repair the car where a friend had run into the right front bumper while parking at a meeting.. And they did another outstanding job on our Acadia repaint job and repair. Will be our go to dealership forever as they have demonstrated their expertise while fixing our car twice now and in the time frame quoted. Thabks again from the front office through the repair folks and the dealership certainly has reason to be proud of all of the folks there.
The oil and filter change and tire rotations were done quickly and in the time frame they said it would be finished. All the folks we've dealt with at Hart Motors GMC have been nothing but pleasant, and took care of a repaint job on our 2018 Acadia when it suffered burns into the hood area from a neighbor burning tree trash and the ashes landed on our car and burned spots all the way through to the metal. And, we have another problem scheduled on the 19th of this month for more repainting and checking for any additional damage when a friend of my wife ran into the right front side of the bumper and fender and also left some small gouges down to the metal there too. We are confident that the folks in the Collision Center will do another spectacular job this time as they did on the prior problem. Have already told many folks how good the dealership was to us when we bought our car in January and how the whole process was the best we've ever experienced in the 60 years we've purchased other vehicles. We will be back at Hart's any time for service or a possible other vehicle in the future. Thanks to all the personnel we've dealt with at Hart Motors GMC the best dealership ever!
