My only complaint is that getting my inspection report was not automatic. Had to request it and then wait for it. I didn’t review it until I got it home and then realized two other people’s report were attached to mine. (I just threw them away). But it was confusing at first because I thought something was wrong with my car and had wondered why I wasn’t informed about the issues - then realized it was not for my car.
I went in for a state inspection on my GMC Sierra truck, without an appointment. They were most accommodating and worked me into their very busy work schedule. I have been a satisfied customer at Hart Motors for over 30 years. Their Sales and Service continue to provide me with excellent service! They are an asset to our community.
