I'm happy with the service, however initially I was frustrated with the lack of communication. I was not aware since my vehicle was towed in, it would be "worked in" even though I had previously made an appointment for a different service. If I had known my appointment time would not be honored I would have made other plans, i.e. rented a car. I texted twice without a response, then decided to call to find out the progess, that's when I was informed of this. I completely understand working my vehicle in. If it would have been communicated Wednesday when it was dropped off I wouldn't have felt frustrated. Communication was great after I voiced my concerns to Customer Service.
